Refund Policy

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

Interpretation and Definitions


The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Nourish Skincare LLC

“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.

“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

“Website” refers to, accessible from

“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

ALL ORDERS ONCE PROCESSED ARE FINAL.  Orders cannot be revised or canceled after the order is processed.  

Please keep in mind that most skin care products take time to start to see results. 

If you feel you received the incorrect order or need to return a product, please send an email to: WITHIN 5 DAYS of receipt of the item to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You will not be able to make an exchange or return without a Return Authorization Number.

If you have received approval to return an item, it must be in its original packaging. Credit will not be issued on any products that have been used.

Due to the cosmetic nature of the products we never re-sell returned items. ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO AT LEAST A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. We review each return package individually and reserve the right to charge a higher restocking fee of up to 50% if goods are not carefully packed for return. Refunds are processed upon receipt of the product and DO NOT include shipping/handling costs. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.

No returns or exchanges are accepted on Samples and Bonuses.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 5 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalized/customized

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
